Jane Kessler and Anthony Clark have been married since 1982. Together they enjoy golf, gardening, travel, and theater.
Ms. Kessler received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and her Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Temple University. Her professional experience includes counseling and teaching students at Bucks County Community College where she was a tenured faculty member. Ms. Kessler has performed custody evaluations at the request of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas since 1979. She provides training and consultation services to other mental health professionals.
Ms. Kessler was a member of the Board of Directors of a Woman's Place (Bucks County's domestic violence agency) for five years. She also served as Co-Chair of the Women in Business Committee of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Kessler is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Clark is Director of the Court Conciliation and Evaluation Service which provides custody evaluations to clients who are referred by the Family Court Division of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
He has had extensive professional experience as a Director of Social Services for a private mental health facility and as a Senior Supervisor for the Bucks County Children and Youth Social Services Agency.
Mr. Clark is a member of the Bucks County Batterers Intervention Network which provides court ordered services to individuals convicted of domestic violence related offenses.
Mr. Clark is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Mr. Clark served as a member of the Board of Directors of VITA for six years, including one year as President of the Board. He was also a board member of the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Bucks County Violence Prevention Task Force.
